Kulcha – is a small flat cake, which traditionally baked in holidays or for long trip. Taste of real kulcha could never mixed up.
- Vegetable oil
1)Add 150-200 ml of vegetable oil in the defined quantity of flour
3)Add 1 table-spoon of yeast
4)Add water and knead paste
5)Divide dough into parts 6)Figure parts to the buns
7)Scratch the parts by knife and disk them
8)Puncture before baking to not let dough swell up
Dough is baked – kulchas are ready!
