Keep the plants, which will be used for an infusion, in hot water for at least 45 minutes. A glass container should be used for this. The ratio of plant parts to water is 1:10. After it cooled to room temperature, run it through a sieve. Time of storage is between 1 and 3 days.
It is used to extract the active ingredients from roots, bark and other parts of a plant. To prepare one, take a teaspoon of herbs add up to 200 ml of water, and boil it on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Once it has cooled down it has to be filtered. Take ¼ to ½ of a cup 30 minutes before eating. It can be kept for 2 to 3 days.
To make a tincture, take one part of the wanted herb and five parts of 40-70% alcohol. Keep the herbs 7 to 40 days in the alcohol. After that filter the tincture and put it in a glass container. The time of storage is from 3 to 5 years in the dark place, cool place. Use the tincture as prescribed, and take between 10 and 40 drops 30 minutes before a meal.
This product is prepared from the leaves, stem, roots and fruits of plants using a squeezer. It is advisable to take the juice immediately, as it deteriorates quite rapidly.
Mix several medicinal plants (3-10), which enhance the overall effect. Notice that the interaction of some plants may prejudice or even negate the overall positive effect of a single plant infusion. It can also have a negative effect. The mixture can be prepared as an infusion or decoction.
