Spring is a time for eating Sumanak, Shakarob and Qurutob(1). Some people even say, that if they are not eating this meals in spring their year becomes unlucky. Don’t be afraid if you haven’t any cook among your friends, after watching this video you’ll be able to prepare Qurutob meal by yourself.
* Qurut (qrut, qorot, qurt) – fermented milk product, or dry cheese.
* Onion – 4 pieces
* Greenery – bunch
1. Get the qurut wet in warm water for 1 hour, in ratio 400g of qurut for 1 litre of water. (If qurut is very hard, warm it (boil) in slow fire for 30 min.)
2. Slice union and roast it
